UK STANDARD: ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS OR EVRI ON STANDARD PARCELS

All orders (excluding wedding boxes and bags & illustrations) will be dispatched within 1-2 working days by royal mail.

*Please note that our delivery times have been extended due to the shop taking a break. All orders placed between 19/07/23 - 29/07/23 will be dispatched after 31/07/23. Please email for more details: aimee@yoyome.co.uk

Our deluxe wedding boxes and wedding goody bags will be dispatched within 5-7 days from placing your order. Personalised orders will take between 10-14 days to be dispatched. All wedding box orders will be sent by tracked courier.

Delivery prices are dependent product size and are broken down as follows and will be automatically calculated at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: £3.75
  • Courier 48hr service (tracked): £8.00 - EVRI Courier
  • Next Day Delivery (tracked): £12.00 – tracked and signed 1st class next day delivery Royal Mail

When ordering more than 2 wedding activity boxes they will be sent by Evri Courier automatically.

DELIVERED WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT HOME?

The carrier we use will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).

RETURNS TO YOYO-ME 

We hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason it’s not right, please don’t hesitate to send it back to the address below for either a refund or exchange within 14 working days of delivery. Returned items should be adequately insured during the return journey with proof of postage, Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

Please ensure that your unwanted product is in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Please use your returns label attached to your dispatch note and add your dispatch note to your package.

On the rare occasion that your product is faulty please send your item back for a full refund including delivery costs.
